Hi. I am very interested in buying your book. The only way I can get the book is via IT Jungle bookstore. They charge over $100 for delivery to Australia. Surely there is a cheaper option. I dont care if it takes 6 months for delivery via sea-mail. Also they accept payment only via credit card on the net. I never use a credit card on the net. I perper to pay by cheque or money order. However IT Jungle does not give me these options. So sadly I cannot purchase your book. :(

Below is response from the publisher.
