Hi!
I´d like to include your spl2stmf into the software that my company uses for taxes calculation. Is this considerer commercial use? (We don´t sell this software, we only develop it and use it)
If it's, according to the acknowledment (http://homepage1.nifty.com/uzaemon/hpt_license.html), I need a commercial license, how do I get it?

IMHO, that is not considered as commercial use. Commercial license is required when you want to sell spl2stmf.
